Dr. Izzy S. Justice, Founder & CEO

Dr. Izzy Justice has over two decades of experience in the global management consulting business working at Deloitte Consulting,  Andersen Consulting, and the global healthcare IT leader, Cerner Corporation. He sits on several for-profit (DCG & Archimedes) and non-profit (First Tee & Davidson College Alumni) Boards.  He is a sought-after advisor to several other boards and provides thought leadership on Talent Management and Emotional Intelligence in the workplace.  

Izzy is a certified six sigma Master Black Belt and has authored four books. His latest is entitled "Epowerment - Achieving Empowerment in the e World", released in 2010. The foreword is by Marshall Goldsmith and explores the workforce and workplace for the next 10 years while positioning Emotional Intelligence as the Core Competency of this new global workplace.

He is fluent in seven languages, has two Bachelor of Science degrees from Davidson College, and NC State University, an MBA from Queens University, and a Doctorate in Management.

Karah Maloley, CKO (Chief Knowledge Officer)
Karah has 9 years of experience in mental health and social services. Karah has both clinical experience and administrative experience in mental health serving at-risk children, youth, and their families. Karah was promoted to Executive Director with Camelot Care Centers Inc. in Nebraska after serving as a Clinical Director for the treatment foster care program. Living abroad in Germany and Italy, Karah was a civil servant in the U.S. Army and worked as a contractor for the Veterans Affairs. 

Karah has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Fort Hays State University in Kansas. Karah is completing her dissertation for a Doctorate of Management at University of Phoenix.


Eric Bobo, CTO

Eric is an operationally savvy senior information technology executive with a successful track record building highly capable and responsive organizations. He is recognized as an authentic business partner with expertise in technology strategy, application development, system migration and integration, organizational infrastructure, and business continuity. Mr. Bobo has a recognized ability to motivate a team of technology professionals and successfully communicate and implement information technology initiatives.

Eric has 24 years of experience in Information Technology as a developer, manager and IT executive. His broad range of cross-industry experience includes Communications, Mortgage, Banking, Cable, Defense, and Consulting. He began his career as a software developer working for companies such as Travelers, GE and RCA, then moved into leadership roles with Verizon and ATX Communications before starting his own technology consulting company.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Ursinus College and a Masters in Computer Science from Villanova University.


Eva Rykr, Director of Learning

Eva Rykr is an organizational psychology practitioner. Her passion lies in bringing a psychology perspective to the business world, with the mission of creating a high-performance environment.

Eva led data collection in the Penn State Gastrointestinal Psychophysiology Lab (using the electrogastrogram, a non-invasive technique for measuring gastric myoelectric activity) and supervised data collection in the Clinical Psychophysiology Lab. She also trained graduate students on how to collect data using Electroencephalogram (EEG) recordings in the Vision, Memory, and Computational Neuroscience Lab.

Eva is responsible for intellectual capital development, mentee learning and development, mentor-mentee matching, and operations of the core business platform. She led the assessment construction and validation process that resulted in an internationally-used personality and emotional intelligence profile that now serves as the key center point of pre- and post- program metrics and informs the matching algorithm. Eva also conceptualized, established, and manages our Sales Partner website.

Eva has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Neuroscience from Penn State University and a Masters in Industial/Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina. 


Janine Davis, Regional Vice President (North America)

Janine began her career at Andersen Consulting (Accenture), and then held positions managing both applications development and infrastructure in large advertising and entertainment companies. She spent the next 12 years with a technology recruiting firm, serving as both Recruiter and Account Manager.

She holds a B.S. degree in Math from University of California, Santa Barbara. She’s always approached business with an eye towards EQ (even before it was called that), and is a certified EQmentor.


Helanie Scott, Regional Vice President (North America)

Helanie is a savvy, street-smart, successful entrepreneur with a tenacious spirit and passion for excellence. She has over twenty years of experience in providing Human Capital development in South Africa, Canada, and the United States. Helanie is a frequent speaker at conferences and for Fortune 500 companies, with an impressive list of clients seeking her consulting, change agent, and leadership/team/culture transformation expertise. Helanie is conversant in three languages (English, Afrikaans, and Fanagalo), was a supporting actress in a movie, has experienced the longest, fastest and tallest zip line in the world and currently lives with her two children in Dallas.


Kevin Dwyer, Regional Vice President (Australia)

Kevin is a pragmatic coach of people who like being in business. He has over 35 years of experience in the Human Capital industry and has worked on projects in over forty countries. Kevins career has spanned five phases; operations, industrial marketing, general management in a multinational organization, CEO of a small business, and founder/Director of a small business.

Kevin has written more than 250 articles on a variety of business topics, though the disciplines he has enjoyed the most are managing change and leading people. His thoughts and views have also been published in a wide variety of publications ranging from textbooks, Skill 360 Australia, Drake Business Review, Australias Best Building, Construction and Mining magazine and Human Capital Management, through to Marie Claire magazine. He has also appeared on ABCs Lateline Business and is frequent commentator for Leon Gettlers articles.


Peter Hanselman, Regional Vice President (Europe)

Peter Hanselman has life long experience in creating a more-agile, flexible IT infrastructure to maintain competitive advantage in the marketplace.  As a CIO he was always focused on better and faster delivery of competitive technology services to the business.

Working with successful companies like IBM, KPMG, ING, Maxeda and others he learned that people are really making the difference between success and failure. Creating the right focus, motivation and mind set is key in his actions.

He has held many IT top management positions and is an innovative partner for leadership. As a thought leader on Virtualization and Cloud Computing, he developed a change management program for ING to prepare their IT and Business staff for a new way of working.

Peter has two academic degrees, one in business management and one in accounting. He has published articles in the field of business IT alignment and is as member of the Speakers Academy. He is co-author of the book ´Get ready for the Cloud´ that will be published in December 2010.
