Dr. Izzy Justice has over two decades of experience in the global management consulting business working at Deloitte Consulting, Andersen Consulting, and the global healthcare IT leader, Cerner Corporation. He sits on several for-profit (DCG & Archimedes) and non-profit (First Tee & Davidson College Alumni) Boards. He is a sought-after advisor to several other boards and provides thought leadership on Talent Management and Emotional Intelligence in the workplace.
Izzy is a certified six sigma Master Black Belt and has authored three books. He has just completed his 4th book, entitled "Epowerment - Achieving Empowerment in the e World", due out in March 2010. The foreword is by Marshall Goldsmith and explores the workforce and workplace for the next 10 years while positioning Emotional Intelligence as the Core Competency of this new world workplace.
He is fluent in seven languages, has two Bachelor of Science degrees from Davidson College, and NC State University, an MBA from Queens University, and a Doctorate in Management.

Corporation in Tampa, FL. He is also a Professor of Business Administration
on the faculty of The McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte
in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Roger is a retired Army Officer who was previously
on the faculty of the University of South Florida. He has advised
organizations, both public and private, on a wide range
of management issues.

Quality Manager. He has authored or co-authored books,

Karah has 9 years of experience in mental health
and social services. Karah has both clinical experience and administrative
experience in mental health serving at-risk children, youth, and their families.
Karah was promoted to Executive Director with Camelot Care Centers Inc. in
Nebraska after serving as a Clinical Director for the treatment foster care
program. Living abroad in Germany and Italy, Karah was a civil servant in
the U.S. Army and worked as a contractor for the Veterans Affairs.
Karah
has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts
degree in Counseling from Fort Hays State
University in Kansas. Karah is completing her dissertation for a

Eric has 24 years of experience in Information Technology as a developer, manager and IT executive. bargaining. He has worked with many organizations,
including: AT&T, Avon Products, the Centre for Higher
Education Transformation (South Africa), Champion International,
Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the Foreign Broadcast
Information Service, General Motors, Girl Scouts U.S.A.,
Hallmark Cards, Head Start of Delaware, Michelin, Microsoft,
the National Black MBA Association, the Office of the Comptroller
